I MUST share with you my experience with your employee at the Tempurpedic store in Woodfield. He was patient, knowledgable,pleasant and professional. He helped me and followed thru with my questions even though we didn't purchase our mattress thru Tempurpedic. He's a gem and one that not only represents your company well, but is focused on customers!!!! Thank you!!!

Thank you so much for reaching out to me and more importantly, taking action on feedback you received on your associates. He spent a lot of time with us. He knows your products and serves as an advocate for them as well. He mentioned multiple times that he has a bed, the sheets, etc. so he was speaking from a point of personal experience. He was patient with us, provided us with the necessary education, and even followed up with us to see if we made a decision and to ask if we had any questions.

What was most impressive was the service and the responsiveness I experienced when I returned to the store to purchase a mattress protector, 2 pillows, and a set of bamboo sheets. All of which he talked me into when he was working with us previously. Not knowing Jesse, I anticipated bit of a cold shoulder returning to the store and telling him that we purchased the mattress elsewhere. Much to my surprise he was the same professional that we met the last time we visited. This was still a substantial sale but nothing near a bed purchase. He maintained his style and kept a smile on his face.

We completed our transaction but found that he had only one pillow to sell. He quickly explained that a pillow would be shipped directly to my house. I received the pillow yesterday.

We are very pleased with our bed so far, but more than that the customer experience at Tempur-Pedic was phenomenal. The best (and worse) advertising is word of mouth. I will recommend Tempur-Pedic to all of my friends and neighbors, and better yet your flagship store in Woodfield, and most importantly your associate Jesse for his great customer service.
